Conservative County Council Budget Proposals Announced

We are approaching that time of year when it is time to set the budget and council tax levy. The Cabinet met on 6 th January and approved the draft budget for consultation. Full Council will debate and formally set the final budget at its meeting on 17 th February.

Tracey Onslow has reported the spate of damaged bus shelters along Bewdley Road.

It is presumed that the same person smashed up all 3 - another unnecessary cost which will end up with the taxpayer!

Whoever did this should be thoroughly ashamed.

Park Street : parking bays repainted. Signage installed, just CCTV awaited in the fight against resident car damage.

When converted to one way, on average, even in streets with speed bumps, vehicle speeds increase by 5-10mph.
