Following years of campaigning for a pedestrian crossing in the vicinity of the Poplar Road junction on Sutton Road, where many residents cross to access the park, Cllrs Nathan Desmond and Tracey Onslow have been successful in getting this proposal to the next stage.

Crestwood Avenue - our model today is Cllr Edward Stokes who is fashioning the new slalom gate at the entrance to the alleyway from Crestwood to Truro Drive.

The gate allows wheelchair access whilst preventing cycling - the perfect solution in this instance!

Park Lane - could cars be causing damage to the pavement?

Park Lane - the section from Castle to Stourport Road - has my attention today.

The pavement behind the double yellow lines at the Castle Rd junction is pooling water, possibly due to cars being parked fully on the pavement.
