Kidderminster Town Councillor - Franche and Habberley North

David was elected to County Council on 6th May 2021 for the County Division of St Barnabas. He was also returned to Kidderminster Town Council on the same date to represent the ward of Franche and Habberley North.

In November 2021 David successfully won a by-election for the Franche and Habberley District Ward

David was honoured to have been the Mayor of Kidderminster for 2019/2020 in his previous term as a Town Councillor for Kidderminster.
