Park Lane - could cars be causing damage to the pavement?

Park Lane

Park Lane - the section from Castle to Stourport Road - has my attention today.

The pavement behind the double yellow lines at the Castle Rd junction is pooling water, possibly due to cars being parked fully on the pavement.

I’ve asked Highways to take a look to see what can be done.

Obviously the section of road where the double yellow lines are cannot be parked on, but neither can the pavement adjacent to it either.
