I was first elected to Bewdley Town Council in February 2017, then re-elected in the local elections in 2019 when l was also elected to Wyre Forest District Council.

I am Alan Sutton, born in Stoke-On-Trent in 1968 to working class family, with traditions of working in the local industries of coal mining, steel and pottery production. Raised in Macclesfield by my mum, the back bone and foundation of my upbringing.
My parents moved to Bewdley on the Rock Parish border, just before I was born and I have never left. As Bewdley is such an amazing place to live, I am now raising my three boys here along with our puppy, Lyla.
I have lived in our riverside town of Bewdley for over 10 years and currently work for a local sports car maker. Before my time in automotive I served our nation for 22 years in the armed forces as both a young enlisted sailor and retired as an Officer.
