County Councillor Dan Morehead has reported the road surface of both the By-Pass and the islands at either side Highways for inspection and any emergency repairs.
He has highlighted the uphill inside lane towards Wharton Park, the downhill lane under the bridge and both islands, and requested any works to be done without road closures and at quiet/overnight times.
