On the evening of 31st October, local County Councillor Dan Morehead arranged a public meeting for residents and local traders to discuss the direction of traffic over Bewdley Bridge. Representatives from the Environment Agency and Worcestershire Highways were also present and addressed traders and residents at St George's Hall.
A huge thank you to all of the residents and traders, and of course residents who are traders, for coming out tonight to hear and discuss updates from the Environment Agency and Highways.
We will see how the changes next week work and make further changes if needed to ensure we meet the needs of the majority of people.
This public meeting followed earlier meetings held by the Environment agency in August and earlier in October.
